This year has gone by so quickly. Seems like just yesterday we were driving home from the hospital with our tiny baby. It has been an emotional few days for Daryl and I-reminiscing all that his happened this past year. We are truly blessed!
On Noah's birthday, we celebrated with a trip to Strong National Museum of Play. Noah enjoyed playing with trains, dumptrucks and crawling through an obstacle course. His favorite part of the day was shopping at the mini kids Wegmans. He pushed his cart around the store like a pro. It was really cute! After dinner, he had his first cake! He played in the frosting, but he did not like the cake. When I put some in his mouth, he spit it out. Guess he didn't like white cake!
We had his firefighter themed birthday party on January 12. It was a fun day celebrating with friends and family. Noah had a great time! We thought he would want to stay close to us with so many people around, but he was hammin it up! We barely saw him! Daddy made some delicious pulled pork and chili which went over well. We then had a firefighter cake and flame cupcakes. Noah liked this chocolate cake a little better :) We decorated the house with pictures of Noah from this past year. He had a wonderful party!
Right around his birthday, Noah really started walking on his own! We are so excited for him!
